GFCA TownHall Meeting

General membership meeting open to public.

This TownHall will focus on 

1. Seneca Corner commercial development and special exception application, which includes a CVS Pharmacy with drive-through. Representatives for the developer will discuss the latest updates to the plan following FCDOT’s review of their Traffic Operational Analysis, as well as site  building design, landscaping and storm water management. 
   
   
2. GFCA proposed budget for FY 2017 will be presented for member review and approval.
