A new, 62 unit assisted living facility is being proposed in the Colvin Run commercial area, across from Leigh Corners offices and Dante Ristorante. IntegraCare would operate the facility, which would open in 2020 if it is approved. The project would require a special exception to the county zoning laws.

The GFCA Land Use & Zoning Committee will meet on February 13 at 5:30 pm in the Great Falls Library to discuss building plans. GFCA will hold a townhall meeting on the proposed facility at a later date.
