At the annual membership meeting last night, the 3 By-Laws resolutions previously approved by the Executive Board were approved by the membership.  These revisions have been reflected at GFCA ByLaws in the Members Resources section of this website.

There were two questions raised about the approved revisions: one having to do with Article 3.1 to clarify that only members in good standing are allowed to vote, and the other having to do with whether new Article 5.2.4 allowing electronic voting by the Board under certain circumstances is in compliance with Virginia Law.  Both questions will be researched and addressed.
