GFCA Town Hall Meeting

This monthly community meeting (for residents of Great Falls, both GFCA members and non-members) is generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.  

Agenda: Brooks Farm Resolution & 2015 State of Candidates

• Following three public meetings on the Brooks Farm rezoning application, extensive examination by the LUZ and EPT committees, and discussion with Fairfax County staff, the GFCA Board is sending a resolution opposing the current proposal for the rezoning and cluster development at Brooks Farm to the association’s members for their consideration and vote. Members are encouraged to review the draft resolution in advance of the meeting. The proposed resolution can be found on the GFCA website.
• The Nominating Committee will present the proposed slate of candidates for the FY2015-2016 Executive Board. Nominations may also be made from the floor provided that those nominated consent in person, or in writing, and are members in good standing.
