Land Use & Zoning Committee (LUZ)

This is a regular meeting of the Land Use & Zoning Committee. The meeting is open to the public.  However, it will be a virtual meeting and attendees should email zoning@gfca.org for an invitation.

Tentative agenda:  discussion of upcoming meeting/presentation (3/15/21) by Milestone Communication on their plans to build a monopole on Beulah Rd. and Leesburg Pike; and,  the upcoming presentation (3/23/21) by Stonecrest Home Arts, Inc on their application for a Special Permit to build a 14,000 s.f residence for use as a monastery/convent/nunnery/seminary at 815 Walker Rd. (which is currently zoned R-1).
