• the current status of National Park Service (NPS) and VDOT measures to address traffic congestion as well as police enforcement of parking restrictions
• the 2008 Great Falls Park Final General Management Plan and other studies that have been done and how they might be used to support both community and NPS interests
• the stakeholders in efforts for change
