GFCA Land Use & Zoning (LUZ) Committee Meeting

Presentation Cancelled:This is a presentation concerning the Amazon Greenhouse at the corner of Springvale Road and Leesburg Pike.  Amazon intends to operate a private greenhouse in support of its Headquarters in Arlington County.  The facility will not be open to the public.  They are proposing to construct one or more "hoop houses" to accommodation the cultivation of larger trees and ornamentals which requires a Special Exception to be reviewed by Fairfax County.
